This website presents information about August Concierge. Descriptions of the product, including the sample conversation and interface previews, are illustrative demonstrations rather than live service data.

Reservation systems

August is designed to integrate with reservation systems including SevenRooms, OpenTable, and Google. Unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement, nothing on this website represents an active partnership, certification, or live production integration with those companies. Their names are used only to describe the systems August is built to work with.

Use of the service

Access to August is provided under a separate written agreement with each restaurant or hospitality group. That agreement governs pricing, service levels, data handling, and permitted use. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the signed agreement applies.

Guest communication

Restaurants are responsible for the approved knowledge, policies, and escalation rules they configure, and for complying with the messaging and consent rules that apply in their jurisdiction. August confirms a reservation only once the connected reservation system has returned a confirmed booking.

Information you submit through the demo request form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential guest information through this website.

Availability and liability

This website is provided as is. We take care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited.
